Section 14
Retention of authority
In the following cases, the authority of the employee above his position shall be retained:-
(a) As long as he is working in that post.
(B) Up to the time when he can be transferred to another position and take charge.
(c) While the leave has been sanctioned.
(d) During suspension.
(e) While employed by the Government of Nepal in government or non-government work or while working permanently in any other position.
